1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ppvvip platform and all related services. By accessing the ppvvip.lat website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

3 Age and Eligibility

The ppvvip platform is only for individuals aged 21 or above. Registration or use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, if a person's current location or legal environment prohibits participation in online gaming, they are not eligible to use this platform. It is your responsibility to verify the legal rules in your area.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ppvvip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ppvvip offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will always apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing, the total balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• ppvvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, winnings earned may be confiscated.

5.3 VIP Program

The ppvvip VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the ppvvip platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined by an automated Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Outcomes

• All game results are determined impartially through the software system.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be cancelled and the bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost, the round that was in progress will be settled according to the result stored on the server.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, submit a complaint to the support team within 72 hours. ppvvip will review the game logs and server records and issue a decision, which will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvvip platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating more than one account.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus collection.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the game system.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Stealing other users' information or committing fraud against them.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs and failing to report them.
• Colluding or attempting to influence game results as a group.
• Using third-party payment information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ppvvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Voluntary account self-exclusion or closure under the responsible gaming policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but if bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus portion will be forfeited.
